Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned.  No worries - we're here to help! 

Clothing Refund And Exchange Policy

If you change your mind about the items you have purchased from us within 24hours after place an order. Just send us an email to info@rockhoodie.com, we will help you cancel it and refund all your money (included shipping fee) within 12 hours.

We are responsible for all mistake about products quality/faulty items, defect or missing when delivery. So, if you purchase any clothing item that is deemed defective or you do not receive it in normal timing, just send us an email for that. If your items defected, then those items will be replaced with the identical item in the exact same size.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, unused or otherwise in the same condition that you received it (Except the item is faded and you can only detect it after washing. However, we are confident that our products cannot be discolored/faded) It must also be in the original packaging.

However, because all our clothing items are made to order and therefore are non-returnable for wrong size mistake so please make sure you review the sizing guide on the page carefully prior to placing your order. 

For sizing guide, we use US size standard. Please Check Here for detail. You also can check the sizing guide at the description of each item.

Damaged Or Faulty Items

If an item is faulty (see definition below), wrongly described, or different from the sample shown, we will take corrective action, which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product and a pre-paid return shipping label for the incorrect item.

*Damaged or faulty items include unraveled seams and/or holes that are present before being washed.

If somehow you've made an error after your order has been placed, please click here to contact us as soon as possible and we will see if we are able to correct it.

Unfortunately, if you have entered the wrong address, moved or need to change a product variant after your order has been shipped, we will not be able to accommodate you nor offer you a refund.   

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again then contact your credit card company because it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank because sometimes there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

GIFTS


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. 

Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

SHIPPING

We ship using the address provided in PayPal - please verify that the information is accurate. Any returned orders will be reshipped at your expense.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement or exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All items must be returned within 30 days of receiving. If more than 30 days have passed then no refund or exchange is available. 

Also, we can not guarantee the all items will be delivered within the suggested time frame, even though we strive to do so. So please note that a late delivery (less than 10 days as normal time) cannot be a reason to request a refund. 

Coupons can be used on new orders only. Coupons can not be applied to any order that has already been placed.
